Email a webmaster, leave a comment on their profile/guestbook/what have you, discord them—but ask first! I suggest including (a link to) your filled out version of their card, and then asking if A) you can put it on your site and B) if they'd like to fill out yours. Some people may say yes to the first question and no to the second one—-that's okay too. Sometimes you don't have a lot in common. I do encourage everyone to try a full trade a few times, though! 🙂
