 I got a bird! A goffin cockatoo. Her name is Saira. She was adopted out to us as a girl but as we learned more about cockatoos it became clear she's actually male, but by then she was already "she/her" to us and we didn't want to stop, so... gender nonconforming bird <3 I adore her, she's my precious baby.
-I converted to Quakerism this year after spending several years trying to find a religion that was right for me. The Quaker focus on social justice, personal direct communication with the divine, promoting peace, and kindness to the Earth really resonated with me.
 Overall, I'm very happy with where my life is right now. I have amazing friends and loved ones, and I finally feel like I have accomplishments of my own. I can't wait to see what I do next.

-I MIGHT be starting college in January, but I'm not entirely sure if I'll be able to do it. I hope I will, though. I am planning on doing religious studies & theology, then when I transfer to a 4 year university, double majoring in that & disability studies. Wish me luck, seriously.
